Millennial Towers is the perfect fit for your SmallSat conference housing need. We offer full 4 or 5 bedroom apartments to meet your companies needs. Your apartment comes furnished with linens for the beds and bathrooms. We provide a coffee bar for conference attendees but do not offer a continental breakfast. All guests will have access to our gigabit wifi, two story gym, incredibly large hot tub, and all of our other amazing amenities. We are located within walking distance of USU and the conference courtesy shuttle stops within two blocks of our property.

Cancellation policy:
Cancel a week or longer before check in day for a full refund. Cancel 7 to 2 days before check in day and receive an 80% refund. Cancel less than 48 hours before check in time and receive a 50% refund. Cancel after check in time and no refund will be issued.
